PAYMENT POLICY: A $30 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is due upon booking. An invoice will be sent to the email address you provide upon booking. This deposit goes into the complete service. The rest of the payment for your appointment must be paid in CASH, ZELLE or APPLE PAY ONLY. NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT!
PLEASE DO NOT PAY FOR SERVICE IN FULL AFTER YOU BOOK. PAYMENT WILL BE MADE FOR SERVICE ONCE THE SERVICE HAS BEEN COMPLETED. ONLY PAY THE DEPOSIT!
LATE POLICY: Clients have a grace period of 10 minutes before a $15 up charge. After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule to another day. REFUND POLICY: All hair extensions/wigs/lace & services are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS. Clients who are unsatisfied with the service provided can reach back out to me to come back so can resolve the issue. The client has 24 hrs. from the day of the original appt. to set a day/time for redo.
EXTRA GUESTS POLICY: Kids or additional personnel are NOT permitted, due to space and privacy of the client per appointment. If you are under 18, bringing your parent or legal guardian is fine.
SUNDAY & MONDAY BOOKINGS: A'luxee Virgin Hair is closed on Sunday's & Monday's however If you'd like to schedule an appointment on those days there is an extra $50 fee added to your service. SN: FOR JUNE- SEPT 2023, ALUXEE WILL BE ACCEPTING SUNDAY APPTS DUE TO ALTERATION OF SCHEDULE.
SAME DAY SERVICE: $100 additional charge for same day service.
SQUEEZE IN FEE: Squeeze in fee is $45
I DO NOT GO OVER OTHER STYLISTS WORK. If lace and bundles have been tampered with. I will advise you to purchase hair through me.
If you're bringing your own hair, please bring HD, OR TRANSPARENT LACE ONLY. If I notice the lace won't give the best outcome; I will recommend lace from A'luxee. No gray, or T lace.
If you are booking a synthetic wig install, please purchase sensational brand, or contact me with the phone number I provided above, with potential selections of what you are going to purchase.
I carry lashes, wig bands, HD wig caps and edge control on hand if you would like to purchase on the day of your appt.
IF YOU ARE PURCHASING HAIR FOR YOUR APPT: Once your book the appt, I will receive the notification on my end, and proceed with a text to the phone number or email you provide when booking. From there I will ask what kind of hair you'd like and the length. I will send the price and you can send payment through apple pay, or I will send am invoice to the email you provided when booking. Please provide a credible point of contact. CLIENTS WHO ARE PURCHASING HAIR WITH AN APPOINTMENT MUST PAY FOR THE BUNDLES AND/OR WIG OF THEIR CHOICE IN FULL AFTER BOOKING.
A wash and blow dry are NOT included in the service. However, it is a add on feature when booking your appt. Please select this add on if you are requiring a wash and blow dry.
AS OF 1 NOVEMBER 2022, INSTALLS ARE NO LONGER FREE WITH THE PURCHASE OF HAIR.
